where he received a Master's in Fine Art in 1939.

New York due to the war;

employee of General Electric's art department, he retired as an art
director in 1977 to Kennebunkport, Maine where he and his wife
Elsie had a small gallery in the front part of their home. They
conducted classes and workshops. My father was a member of the
Art Guild of the Kennebunks through which he continued to exhibit
his works with recognition throughout the years. After he passed
away I was touched when one of the artists in the area came to visit and
said that my Dad was one of the nicest people he had ever known.
