Question:  What at your shipping rates? 
Answer:  Rates for Café Press shipping are listed below.  For further questions concerning shipping, please go to a shop:  Masterpiece Dogs, Dog Lover Designs, Kitty Cat Designs, Pretty Ornaments, St. Francis Gifts,  or Holiday Dog Art and click on the little “Help” link at the top right of the page.

Mixed orders containing flat card stationery and other products will incur both a 1st item charge for the flat card stationery and the regular shipping charges outlined in the above tables for the other products. For example, an order containing flat card stationery and 1 T-Shirt will be charged $7.00 for Standard Shipping.

Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Sign into your account to track your orders.

Cafepress.com does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska, issues to designs or media may all delay delivery of your order.

*Economy shipping is unfortunately not available for orders of more than 5 items due to our carrier's weight restrictions.

**Express Shipping orders received by noon EST on a business day will arrive next business day. Orders placed after noon EST will arrive in 2 business days. Large orders that contain more than 100 items or orders that contain books may require longer processing times and will arrive the next business day after they are processed and shipped. Photo-to-canvas orders place by noon EST, will ship the following business day.

Question:  What are the payment methods used by your shop on Café Press?
Answer:  CafePress.com accepts credit cards, PayPal, CafeCash and CafePress.com gift certificates as payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards (as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above). You can safely enter your entire credit card number via a secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Paying by Check Card? If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.

Sorry but checks and/or money orders are not accepted at this time.

Design and product questions

Question:  How to I go about ordering one of your designs on a product?
Answer:  Once you have located a background design you want from the links for backgrounds, (even though it may have a different breed shown in the example), note the name of the design and then click on the link for that shop, i.e. Masterpiece Dogs, Dog Lover Designs, Pretty Ornaments, Holiday Dog Art, or Kitty Cat Designs.  That link will take you to the shop on Café Press where you should find the design.  Once you are at the shop, do the following:

Click on the breed you want.

Look for the design in that breed section and once you have found it, click on the design. 

The product page will come up and you can look at over 75 different products with that design

Click on the product you’re interested in, read the description and choose any options they may have like second
side printing or a choice of wood for the keepsake box.

Fill in the quantity and add it to your shopping cart. 

If you are interested in more products, just click “continue shopping”.

Question:   What if I see a background I like and it doesn’t show the dog breed I want?
Answer:  Just e-mail me the background name along with your dog choice. Click here to choose a dog image.

If you are requesting that a design be uploaded, a minimum order totaling $49 or more is required since it takes 30 to 40 minutes to fill a request and upload it to a product set consisting of three different.

If you do not need the design now, no minimum order is required and I will upload the design as time permits and let you know when it is ready to view.  I would not be able to give you a time frame however but it’s usually within a week.

Question:  What if the example you show isn’t there?
Answer:  Send me an e-mail with the label under the design and the dog breed you would like and it will be posted within 24 hours.  Click here to choose a dog image.

Question:  Can you use someone’s own dog photo?
Answer:  Yes, if it meets the guidelines here.  Due to time constraints, a nominal fee of $10 is required and the image may be used later at any time at no charge.  Permission to use your dog image must accompany your e-mail containing the photo.  Please let me know the dog or cats name and weight. I will let you know within 24 hours whether It is a photo I can use and let you know what I would need for it to meet the guidelines.

Question:  What is the photo doesn’t meet all the guidelines.  I have a photo where the shot was taken above the dog.
Answer:  I can use just the head or even take the head and put it on one of my own dog images.  I would have to see the photo first before I would be able to let you know for sure.

Question:  Regarding using my own photo, what if the dogs paws are in grass.
Answer:  Due to the time it would take to recreate paws, we’re sorry but we would not be able to use it.

Question:  Can I request that a certain product be added and what is the procedure?
Answer:  Yes.  Here’s what to do.  Send me an e-mail listing the product you wan added and the breed and background name. i.e. Cocker Spaniel in famous art, background Midsummer’s Eve.  If you are able to copy the URL of the design from the section image , that would help.

I will confirm the design by attaching it in my e-mail reply (unless you added the URL for the section design), upload the product you requested to Café Press and send you the link to click on when it’s ready to purchase – within 48 hours and usually within 24.

Question:   Can you personalize an item?
Answer:  Yes, but a minimum order of $49 applies due to the amount of time it takes.

Question:  What does upload a design to Café Press mean?
Answer:  When someone uploads something, it means that they take a file or photo from their computer and using the software that Café Press provides, puts the photo in what Café Press calls their “Image Basket”.  A link to "upload" is provided.  I have thousands of designs that I can then retrieve to put on any new product that Café Press decides to offer.

Question:  Where can I see what backgrounds are available in case I would like to request one?
Answer:  Each “shop” has links to the backgrounds available but the Designs tab at the top of the page also has links. 

Question:  If I would like another dog image or a variation of a dog breed, i.e. long haired or wire haired Dachshund or a cat image according to breed, where can I see the images to choose from?
